New Spa Clients
Please show up 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a new client information page.

Children/Pets Policy
Please make child and/or pet arrangements prior to your appointment to allow the optimum enjoyable experience for all guests.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Gift Certificates not mentioned when booking services will not be accepted until your next scheduled service.
Gift Certificates are valid up to one year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on certifacate.
Gift Certificates con not be used with coupons or specails.
Gift certifacates are not valid in the months of Febuary, May, November and December.

Gratuity
There will be an 18% gratuity charge for parties of three or greater.

Scheduling Policy
We will gladly reserve your appointment in person or over the telephone by accepting a credit card.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
We can only cancel, or reschedule appointments over the telephone or in person. Please provide us with a 24 hour notice prior to rescheduling your appointment. Notices 8 hours or less will be subject to a 50% charge of the service requested. All no-shows will be charged the entire appointment amount.

Exchanges or Refunds
We gladly exchange products or gift certifacates as an in store credit.
Refunds are subject to a $10.00 service fee.
